Q: What is a presale password?

A: Presale Passwords allow people to buy tickets before the general public. Most presales available on presalepasswordinfo.com are usable through www.ticketmaster.com.

Q: How do I use a presale password?

A: Most presales listed on presalepasswordinfo.com are through www.ticketmaster.com.  To use them, go to www.ticketmaster.com, find the event presale you are looking for and enter your password into the password box.

Q: What is a Fan Club Presale?

A: Fan Club Presales are are issued to paid fan club members. In the event that one of our members requests a password for a Fan Club Presale, we will post the words "JOIN FAN CLUB" instead of a password. We reserve the right to not list a password to a Fan Club Presale, simply out of respect for the members who have paid to be a part of a Fan Club Presale.

Q: Do all events have presale passwords?

A: Only certain events have presales, and therefore only certain events offer a presale password.  When purchasing tickets, always refer to your ticketing distributor to determine if your event is holding a ticket presale. If a presale is advertised, then be sure to visit presalepasswordinfo.com to see if we have the Presale Password for your event.

Q: Do you post information for every presale?

A: We try our best to post all of the most popular event presale information. However, we do not guarantee that all presales will be listed.

Q: Do you post event information for Events outside the US?

A: Yes, we currently post presale information for events within the United States and in Canada.

Q: Do you offer information on sporting events?

A: Though the majority of our information is for concerts, we list as much sporting event information as possible.

Q: Do you sell tickets?

A: No, we do not sell tickets on our website. Furthermore, the information on this website does not guarantee tickets to any event. We simply offer Ticketmaster Presale Passwords for your personal use.
